Attention was drawn to the abstract (No. 3)
at the October meeting of the Advisory Committee,
and the proposal to take action in accordance with
the abstract and on the lines of the attached draft
to Mr. de Martin was approved. I think perhaps
you ought to see this draft before it issues.
A copy of Mr. Ellis's minute of 8. 9. has been made
and will form the subject of a separate minute from
me in due course.
